Jill Cruz, MS, CNS is the CEO and Founder of With Your Nature Wellness & Weight Loss.  She and her team help professional women over 40 reach their highest level of health, feel more vibrant, and move through life with confidence and ease.

Caribbean Food Delights is the leading manufacturer of Jamaican style patties in the USA.  Located in Tappan, NY, and a family owned business founded in 1978 by Jamaican immigrants Jeanette and Vincent HoSang, Caribbean Food Delights is a SQF Level 3 certified plant.

Amanda is an attorney who helps clients buy, sell, finance and lease commercial real estate in New Jersey, the lower Hudson Valley and in NYC.

Cheryl has spent most of her career in the non-profit sector, most recently as Executive Director of the Arts Council of Rockland.  She has served on several nonprofit boards, and currently serves as VP of Programming for RBWN.  After 20+ years in the nonprofit sector, Cheryl recently made a professional shift to the government sector and now works in the Rockland County Department of Economic Development & Tourism, where she helps with business attraction, retention, and expansion in the County.

Cheryl is also co-owner of the Filipino-inspired restaurant Karenderya, along with her husband, James Beard-nominated Chef Paolo Garcia Mendoza.

Under Donna’s expertise as owner, promarkdirect’s portfolio of services has expanded from list provider and mail agency to one that offers customized strategic marketing plans along with a full suite of digital and traditional channel components including brand establishment and building, graphic design, mail and email list development, data analytics, print and mail services, and email deployment.  Recognized throughout her career with various awards, she feels it’s the collaboration, relationships and opportunities to give back that has been the most rewarding.  Donna has over twenty-five years of marketing experience and holds an MBA in marketing and IT from the University of Connecticut.

Julie has twenty years of experience in the financial industry that includes personal banking, management, employee development, customer relations, and business development.  She takes pride in offering various financial solutions to Business Owners, allowing them to focus on what’s important . . . “their business. It’s like getting private client services without the extra costs and qualification requirements.”  In addition to her role as VP, Branch Manager and Business Development Officer, Julie is also a Licensed Investment Advisor.

Mindy is an attorney licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.  Her practice concentrates in the areas of Real Estate, Commercial Transactions, Leasing, Business Organization and Trusts & Estates.  Mindy has dedicated most of her professional career to improving the status of women in the courts and society in general. Mindy is a founding member of the Rockland County Women’s Bar Association and served as its president from 1996 to 1998 and again from 2011 to 2013.  She served as President of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York from 2004 to 2005.  In May 2011, the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York awarded Mindy the prestigious Marilyn R. Menge Award in recognition of her valuable and significant contributions to both the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York and the Rockland County Women’s Bar Association.  Mindy is an avid knitter, always having at least 70 handknitted sweaters in her wardrobe.

There are so many adjectives that describe me, for I have had a very diverse background.  First as an educator, then a counselor, and now as an interior designer.  My uniqueness stems from all of the above.  Therefore, I named my business “Decorating Counselor.”
It is my belief that your home is a reflection of who you are.  Therefore, I work with the personalities and needs of my clients to create environments that are not only beautiful, but also provide a sense of calm and balance.  Helping people make positive changes in their home and work environments is my expertise.

Emily is the founder of On the Map Marketing LLC, where she collaborates with brands, agencies, and publishers writing about B2B technology and advertising/marketing/sales.  On the Map Marketing LLC provides copy and content writing, sales enablement, and copy editing services.  Emily spent 20 years in marketing for leading media companies, supporting the advertising sales teams at Reuters, Condé Nast, Hearst, and Crain Communications.

Fabiola has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership with a proven success record of implementing innovative ideas to effectively manage business operations.  Her expertise includes implementing and managing research projects, coordinating international language programs, and a proven ability to build and foster cohesive business relationships and partnerships within the community as well as guiding individual and team success.  Her professional contributions span not only the United States but internationally in areas such as China and West Africa, and she is the recipient of the prestigious Women of Vision and Leadership Award from the Nyack Center.

Sharon Martini has been with Meals on Wheels Rockland since 2013.  As the Director of Development and Community Engagement, Sharon creates and implements strategies to both further the organization’s goals and to fund current and future programs for Home Delivered Meals and Senior Activity Centers.  Sharon is charged with making community and corporate connections for both short and long term endeavors.  She is the founder of numerous collaborations that have benefited older adults, cancer patients and those who are food insecure.  Sharon’s passion for the Meals on Wheels mission and her knowledge of and compassion for their clients’ needs are instrumental to meeting and exceeding development objectives.

Tatyana spent two decades in the corporate financial industry before deciding to follow her passion for making a mindful impact on people’s lives.  Having experienced the stress and challenges of a demanding career while also being a mother, she developed expertise in stress management and maintaining balance.  Through yoga and other healing arts, she found the harmony she needed to achieve the balance and freedom she craved.  In 2010, Tatyana began teaching wellness programs part-time, and after realizing her dedication to wellness could guide her clients full-time, she established Balance with TK in 2017.  With compassion and deep insights honed by years of experience, Tatyana’s mission is to instill in her clients the belief that ‘Health is Your Greatest Wealth’ so they can reach their highest potential in both their personal and professional lives.
