Simone HoSang is the Chief Operating Officer of her family-owned business, Caribbean Food Delights, Inc., the leading manufacturer of authentic Jamaican-style patties in the United States. Founded in 1978 by Jamaican immigrants Jeanette and Vincent HoSang and based in Tappan, NY, the company is a SQF Level 3–certified facility and a true testament to entrepreneurial vision, culture, and community.

In addition to her role at Caribbean Food Delights, Simone serves as President of RBWN, where she has been an engaged member and dedicated Board leader for more than a decade. She previously held the roles of Executive Vice President and Vice President of Marketing, playing a pivotal role in elevating RBWN’s visibility, marketing strategy, and overall impact.

A natural innovator, Simone blends hands-on experience with a passion for continual learning. While much of her expertise is self-taught, she has recently immersed Social Media Marketing, Ai, Personal Branding and will be sharing what she has learned in the last 6 months from the experts Jen Gottlieb, Chris Winfield and Gary Vaynerchuk- leveraging tools like AI to make growth more accessible, especially for time-strapped small business owners. Creative, insightful, and always forward-thinking, Simone is known for developing strategies that are effective, authentic, and results-driven.
