Amanda is the Founder and President of Gaul Law P.C., a boutique commercial real estate law firm based in Greater Metropolitan New York City (Rockland County). She represents companies of all sizes as they lease office and retail spaces, as well as buy, sell, manage and finance commercial real estate. She also frequently works with small businesses, both start-ups and clients buying and selling small businesses. Amanda is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
Born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, she has her undergraduate degree, law degree and MBA from Boston College.
After more than 20 years in the Boston area, Amanda relocated to Rockland County, New York in 2017 to be close to her sister and two nephews, born in 2015 and 2018. She is currently proficient with dinosaurs and trains, but she particularly excels in all things slime, putty and Play Doh related.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys hiking with her labradoodle, Jackson, or playing tourist in the Lower Hudson Valley and in New York City while getting to know her new hometown.
Amanda is in Leadership Rockland’s Class of 2020, and is on the board of directors of Bridges, Rockland’s Independent Living Center, which helps disabled members of the community live independently. She also regularly represents non-profit organizations on a pro bono basis.
And to be clear, since it’s frequently asked, Amanda does not do residential real estate anymore. If you need a name of a residential real estate attorney, please let Amanda know.
