Meet Bonnie Werk
Vice President and Pearl River Manager III

Bonnie started her career with TD Bank over 30 years ago and currently holds the title of Vice President, Store Manager III in Pearl River since October 2005. The TD Bank in Pearl River holds the majority of market share amongst competitor banks in the Pearl River area.
As a business development officer Bonnie maintains a large book of business as she builds relationships with her clients and prospects. Bonnie works very closely with her partners throughout the bank and leads the regions Community Reinvestment Act pillar. Bonnie has been recognized by TD Bank at their Academy Award Style annual event and was awarded the CEO Leadership Award for “Legendary Leader” for her dedicated leadership within the TD Bank organization and her dedication to volunteerism and community involvement. She attended the CEO Leadership trip in May 2016. Bonnie has been nominated for the CEO Leadership Award numerous times, most recently in December 2023. Bonnie participated as a mentor in North New Jersey’s POW, Power of Women. An initiative for Women in leadership roles mentoring women eager to advance their careers within TD Bank. Bonnie is very involved in her community, she currently sits on two boards in Rockland County: Vice President, Community Outreach on the Executive Board for Rockland Business Women’s Network as well as a board member for People to People. Bonnie also serves as an Ambassador for the Rockland Business Association. As an RBA Ambassador one of her duties is to welcome new businesses into Rockland County. Bonnie is a longtime member of the Rotary Club of Pearl River, a past board member and was recognized with the Vocational Service award. Bonnie is a graduate of Leadership Rockland, Best Class Ever 2011. Bonnie was honored by the Venture Foundation’s annual Women in Support of Venture with the Volunteer Spirit award. Bonnie volunteers and works closely with numerous non profit agencies in Rockland. Bonnie is a past board member of the Jewish Federation and Foundation of Rockland County where she served proudly for over 13 years and is a past board member for Leadership Rockland, Venture Foundation and the American Red Cross of Greater New York. Bonnie was also asked to represent TD Bank and appear in the United
Way of Rockland’s 2018 campaign video together with Homes for Heroes, due in part for her work on the annual United Way Day of Caring committee.
Originally from New Jersey Bonnie has lived in Rockland County, New York with her family for 30 years. With all of the community service she is involved in, her true passion and inspiration comes from her family, her husband Barry and two adult children Jessica and Jeremy.
