Lisa A. Arrigo is a Sales Consultant with PayServ Corporation, which has provided payroll solutions to small- to medium-sized businesses for over 30 years. Born and raised in Nanuet, with a degree from Rockland Community College, she started in the industry over 10 years ago with a large national payroll provider. But it was a unique opportunity with PayServ that brought her back to her small-town roots.

Most people are surprised to learn that she started in operations and tax management. It wasn’t until she became familiar with the mission and values that PayServ stands behind that she had an interest in getting out in the community and sharing their story – a local, family owned business, just like many of their clients!

A Rockland County resident and mom, Lisa’s hobbies include photography and anything she can do outdoors with her dogs, all rescues. Lisa works with Southern Paws Animal Rescue to foster dogs brought up from a high kill shelter in Louisiana until a good home has been found.

Similarly, as a board member for the Center for Safety & Change she is co-chair of the Paws for Safety Family Festival, which is the sole fundraiser for the Paws for Safety Program, which provides services to the animals of domestic violence victims.

Lisa’s passion to help doesn’t stop with the canines.  As a Rotarian she’s the recipient of Paul Harris Fellow Award and a board member for the Nanuet Rotary Club. Co-chair of the Ambassador Committee for People to People – Feeding Rockland’s Hungry, a driver for homebound seniors of Rockland through Meals on Wheels, Committee Captain for Cornucopia, Meals on Wheels’ Annual Gala, and a graduate of the 2018 class of Leadership Rockland.

Since joining RBWN in 2015, Lisa jumped in to help with both feet. She has played a crucial role in planning the Women of Achievement Breakfast, she has served on the Scholarship Committee, and took on the role of Vice President of Programming from 2018-2020 and has been instrumental in ensuring that the educational component of RBWN’s mission is fulfilled with outstanding speakers and presentations.
