Meet Patty Ciardullo

I have found that many clients are very thankful for the ways I have helped them during a difficult time. I am happy to be able to do that.

Like so many of RBWN’s members, Patty Ciardullo is motivated in her work by the reward of helping others. In fact, her networking philosophy is to try helping others first, and “the rest will find its way back to you.”

Patty is Partner at PKF O’Connor Davies LLP. After taking some initial courses in high school, Patty found her calling early on and went on to graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo. She spent 20 years doing traditional accounting, auditing, and tax work, and she has migrated over to the forensic accounting arena.

She recognizes that people have enough trouble having to deal with the issues that come up in life or in business disputes. She deals with these things every day, and is able to help ease the burden and truly help people during these difficult times. Patty says her ideal client often does not know that they need her services; her best clients come from referrals from attorneys who handle any sort of business dispute or other litigation where a financial investigation is needed or something needs to be quantified.

While successful in her career, Patty is much more than an accountant! Her hobbies include running and drinking wine, but is clear to note “not at the same time!” She has run three marathons and many half marathons. A native Rocklander, she was born at Nyack Hospital and resides in New City with her husband, Joe, two sons Frank and Ryan, and their dog. Her husband Joe is currently running for a seat to represent the 17th congressional district (all of Rockland and the western half of Westchester).

Patty is passionate about educating other women so that they are equipped to deal with the financial aspects of divorce, losing a spouse, or aging parents. She would like to offer any fellow RBWN members the opportunity to meet with her for a one hour consultation to discuss their needs and to provide some helpful tips.
