In addition - looking in the mirror and knowing you look the part is actually the easiest thing you can do to boost self confidence.

Begin the process of creating a personal brand with intention.
Gain feedback on how other's perceive you.
Learn that having an intentional image and presence is easy to do and it is based on art, science and psychology

Cyndy Porter is the founder and owner of Success thru Style. She coaches professional women in discovering their personal brand and living it inside and out.

Cyndy is like most women in many ways. She was never taught how to feel beautiful. In fact, she was taught the opposite. She was a shy, sensitive, and insecure girl—a target for bullies. And she took everything to heart. She was even convinced that she wasn't smart. This got in her way of personal and professional success.

Eventually, she turned her life around and built a career. Now she has built her own company designed to do this for others. Using principles based in science, art, psychology, and business marketing, Cyndy has developed a unique personal branding and business coaching strategy and business that empowers women to have a powerful self-image and live their lives with poise and confidence.

Cyndy believes every woman deserves to feel beautiful. Every woman should leave her house with the confidence that she can take on the world.

Cyndy has a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico. She spent 20 years as a sales and marketing professional in a number of high tech organizations including WAIS (one of the first Internet companies in existence), Kodak, and her final corporate position as a divisional Vice President of Marketing at AOL. Cyndy started her own business over ten years ago after she got certified as a professional photographer from Professional Photographers of America. It is her mission and the mission of her company, Success thru Style, to help women everywhere develop the confidence they need to show up in the world as their true self and succeed on their own terms.

Creating relationship capital with your customers
Linking purpose to value with your audience

Kelli Wingo, CPC, ELI-MP
Kelli [Kel -ee] Origin: Gaelic, Irish Meaning: warrior

warrior, orator, coach, content creator, fire-starter and lover of laughter

Kelli has a passion and calling to help people realize the greatness that lies within. She serves as the Founder/Chief Vision and Strategy Officer of KMW Catalyst LLC, a personal and professional development company focusing on authentic personal branding and entrepreneurship/intrapreneurship culture. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), accomplished speaker, content creator, presenter, and writer.

She is also the Founder/Chief Orator of Spiryt In Motion, a movement dedicated to dismantling the oppression of limiting beliefs one talk at a time.

As the creator and host of the YouTube channel, The War Room with Jael, Kelli energetically shares motivation, inspiration, insight, and strategy on business and life with a broader audience. Her writing can be seen in Forbes, CEO World, Thrive Global, Addicted 2 Success, Medium, The Good Men Project, and LinkedIn.

As a business junkie, what intrigues Kelli most is the stories about the people behind the business. From corner bakery store owners to recent college grads entering into the workforce to CEOs of trillion-dollar companies. Everyone has a unique journey worth knowing.

Recovering imperfect perfectionist that she is, her own road to realizing her vision has been a varied and textured journey, having spent much of her career in the financial services industry at Merrill Lynch, BlackRock, and Oppenheimer & Co. However, it was when she jumped ship without a lifejacket into the unchartered waters of entrepreneurship, she found the intersection of fear and fearlessness, failures and successes...and has never felt more empowered.

Although based on the East Coast, Kelli still celebrates her Midwestern roots. She is a graduate of The University of Michigan - Residential College (Hail to the Victors!) and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., an international public service organization. She received her CPC and ELI-MP from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and holds membership in the International Coach Federation as well as the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.

...and we are pleased to present Ms. Kelli Wingo...isn't that what they say after reading a long life story bio?

Now, what's your story?
