She is also the Founder/Chief Orator of Spiryt In Motion, a movement dedicated to dismantling the oppression of limiting beliefs one talk at a time.
As the creator and host of the YouTube channel, The War Room with Jael, Kelli energetically shares motivation, inspiration, insight, and strategy on business and life with a broader audience. As a business junkie, what intrigues Kelli most is the stories about the people behind the business. From corner bakery store owners to recent college grads entering into the workforce to CEOs of trillion-dollar companies. Everyone has a unique journey worth knowing.
Recovering imperfect perfectionist that she is, her own road to realizing her vision has been a varied and textured journey, having spent much of her career in the financial services industry at Merrill Lynch, BlackRock, and Oppenheimer & Co. However, it was when she jumped ship without a lifejacket into the unchartered waters of entrepreneurship, she found the intersection of fear and fearlessness, failures and successes…and has never felt more empowered.
Although based on the East Coast, Kelli still celebrates her Midwestern roots. She is a graduate of The University of Michigan – Residential College (Hail to the Victors!) and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., an international public service organization. She received her CPC and ELI-MP from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and holds membership in the International Coach Federation as well as the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.
